WARRANTY. SierraPapa warrants all products for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the replacement (or refund of the purchase price) of parts that are defective directly due to factors under the control of SierraPapa. SierraPapa is not responsible for damage to any firearm arising from the use of SierraPapa parts therein. SierraPapa is not responsible for any personal injury arising from the use of SierraPapa parts in any firearm. Specifically; 1. SierraPapa has no control over the manner in which the parts are installed in a firearm or the quality of the workmanship that is involved. 2. SierraPapa has no control over the condition of the firearm in which our parts are installed. 3. SierraPapa has no control over the subsequent usage of any firearm following installation of our parts. |
TERMS of SALE SierraPapa accepts credit cards, USPS Money Orders or personal or business checks (there will be a shipping delay until a check clears). A $5.50 USPS Priority Mail shipping and handling charge will be added to the cost of each shipment unless other shipping methods are requested. Actual credit card handling costs, with small rounding adjustments for convenience, will be added to credit card orders. |
