SierraPapa has commenced production of a magazine extension to increase the capacity of 8045 (Cougar) series CX4 magazines to 15 or 16 rounds (as appropriate for your local restrictions). The magazines will be available for shipping on approximately June 6th 2011.

The magazine extension is a high-quality product designed to supply absolute reliability.

The magazine extension requires the use of a modified original magazine body and the original cartridge platform. The kit consists of a new anodized aluminum magazine extension body to extend the original steel body, two new specially designed springs and a plastic spring alignment spacer. The unit is designed to allow reversion to the original 8 round magazine as required.

Initially production rate of this item will be fairly slow so delivery delays may occur. Payment on orders will not be charged until the product is shipped.
